Responsibilities:
1. Setup and update the standard cost of the actual situation in a timely manner, track and promote the settlement of the material differences;
2. Review and challenge the business to ensure that plant is operated in a cost effective manner and in accordance with the financial objectives
3. Be responsible for the Navision on inventory and cost of financial operations;
4. Backflush error reports analyze and solve;
5. Be responsible for engineering changes, localization costs or audit;
6. Be responsible for engineering change quotes and analysis;
7. Analysis of the preparation of the inventory account balance report;
8. Be responsible for master data maintenance, including material data, fixed assess, ect.;

9. Be responsible for the fixed assess management.
10. Drive the process for Business Plan, Budget and Forecast for the operating units within the Company.
11. In cooperation with accountants, provide analysis of monthly results that is relevant to the plant operations
12. Be responsible for other costs related to business operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major of Finance
2. Min. 3 years of accounting experience in cost accounting in manufacturing industry, familiar with Navsion System.
3. Have good English reading and writing skills.
4. Good communication skill
