Activity 1: Sales planning and forecast (South East Asia portion)
Goal: To help the sales directors and sales analyst to give precise volume forecast, pricing forecast and sales forecast
1.Work with the business managers and sales directors to complete 5 year strategic plan, sales plan and quarterly sales forecast;
2.Be able to understand the market and our sales;
3.Update related reports accordingly;
4.cycle plan update: collect data from the business managers and report out the market trend and competition status;
5.Enter planning data into Citrix system without any error;

Activity 2: Administration and office support
Goal: Help to run office management and support the commercial team on daily job.
1.Timely support Asia Sales Director’s daily affairs;
2.Support BM/PM team for customer visit, daily office tools, etc
3.Support sample purchase order / spontaneous sales order;
4.Organize quarterly sales meeting
5.Proactively work on miscellaneous assignment

Activity 3: Quotation management
Goal: Make sure our quotation, PA and contracts archived properly and effectively
1.Coordinate with business managers and programs to maintain PA log correctly and timely;
2.Filling contracts correctly and archive them properly
3.Track the quotation and archive them;
4.Maintain and organize the K-driver.
