Responsibilities: Sales Engineer for China Market
Requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
? Required skill(s): Strong in communication, interpersonal skill, Able to work independently
? Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
? Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
? Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
? Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
? Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team.
? At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field- payroll/hr system is required for this
position.
? Required language(s): Chinese, English
? Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparation for
presentations as well road shows to promote software product; cold calls and follow ups on
potentials and analyzing variances; initiating proactive actions for sales calls.
? Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating
advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
? Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market,
competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business;
establishing targeted market share.
? Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on
market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
? Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating
new opportunities.
? Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trend. Protects
organization's value by keeping information confidential.
? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
