- report to the Sales Manager/Sales Director 向销售经理/总监汇报工作
- Assignments : 工作内容
o Develop and maintain a quality database of exhibitors and potential exhibitors
o 开发并维护一个高质量的展商及潜在客户的数据库
o Assist sales managers to achieve exhibition sales by performing a variety of clerical and administrative activities
o 通过各种书面及行政方式帮助销售经理达到销售目标
o Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers and team members
o 能够与客户和团队之间建立并维护积极的工作关系
o Ensure smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers
o 确保与客户、潜在客户之间顺畅的信息交流
o To contribute to the growth and development of the events
o 致力于展会活动的不断成长和发展
o Ensure client’s exhibition objectives are meet or exceeded
o 确保客户达到其展览的目标,甚至取到超出预期的效果
o Processing sales leads and assuring leads are directed to the appropriate staff member
o 处理各种销售机会,并确保将这些机会移交至合适工作人员
o Performs trade show follow up to assure timely delivery of literature and samples
o 执行贸易展览的后续工作以确保文本与样品及时的发送
o Phone contacts to augment the efforts of the sales staff as needed
o 根据销售需要通过电话联系扩大销售效果
o Processing sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports
o 处理销售数据,销售进度报告及其他销售相关记录与报告
o Data entry to track the delivery of sales literature, product samples and other necessary services to customers as directed by the sales staff or management
o 根据销售或管理的要求,对促销资料、产品样品及其他需要的快递服务进行数据录入
o Answers routine product questions and directs questions to appropriate personnel when necessary
o 回答常规产品问询,并将问题移交给合适工作人员
o Answers telephone calls, conveys messages, and monitors the flow of e-mail
o 应答电话,传递信息,并处理邮件
- Education & experience: 教育&工作经历
o Experience in architect and design industry
o 拥有建筑或者设计的从业经历
o Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in database management and word processing
o 出色的电话技巧与电脑知识,精通数据库管理与文字处理
o Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications
o 具备书面交流能力,精通写作。
o High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
o 在日常工作中,高效的处理多项、连续的项目
o Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
o 处理问题随机应变,具有良好的工作组织性、独立性、有效率、注重细节。
o Experience with customer service or sales support experience.
o 具备客户服务或者销售支持的经历
Skills :技能
o Good knowledge of English and Chinese: speaking, reading, writing
o 良好的中英文沟通能力:包括听、说、读、写
o Strong customer service skills, solid work ethic and be highly self motivated and passionate
o 擅长客户服务技巧,坚定的职业道德,高度的积极性与工作热情
o Professionally presented, articulate and able to easily develop and maintain relationships with team members and customers.
o 具备专业的表述能力,能够很好的维持客户及同事间的关系。
