1 Summary:
1.1 Provide the management and customers with logistics technology to ensure effective support concerned for manufacturing
1.2 Update and follow the procedure of importation, exportation and inspection stipulated by company and government
1.3 Ensure importation of material and equipment and exportation of finished goods are smoothly and timely in Customs declaration and Commodity inspection
1.4 Manage our forwarders and Customs brokers, cut down the material processing and local transportation cost, resolve the logistics problems of local operation to meet customer’s requirement
1.5 Optimize management of Customs Handbook in order to avoid any extra cost

2 Job Duties/Responsibilities:
2.1 Develop relevant policies and procedures based on internal standard
2.2 Evaluate the performance of forwarding companies regularly and handle the emergency
2.3 Maintain a good relationship to the related department of government
2.4 Negotiate with freight forwarder and Customs brokers on cost and service
2.5 Review all the charges paid by KEPS and prepare monthly/yearly report and make the yearly budget
2.6 Participate in the interview and approve the training
2.7 Follow up the procedure of HSE

3 Key/Critical Competencies:
3.1 Familiar with import and export operation
3.2 Communication skill
3.3 Capability of changing, finding out problem and solving problem
3.4 Good in oral and written English
3.5 Computer knowledge of MS office and Lotus Notes

4. Education and Experience:
4.1 College and above, specialize in logistics or foreign trade
4.2 At least 4 years experiences on material or forwarding management, preferred experiences in multinational manufacturing environment

5 Role/Scope of Job:
5.1 Ensure the operation procedure conforming to the national policy and stipulation

6 Work Environment:
6.1 Normal working time
6.2 Work in the office, but often need to go out
6.3 Safety glass is necessary
