职位描述
l Office Administration work: Responsible for Office daily management;
l Manage office purchasing by the most cost effective way, facilities maintenance and external service venders value
l Monitor and manage the team member effectively to ensure their work to be done properly
l Organize and in charge of all the company activities
l Office HR work: Responsible for local staff recruitment, interview, new staff orientation, training and performance review; Handle monthly payroll and social benefit adjustment and other label related issues
l Implement and manage Staff's Performance Check System effectively; Organize year end performance review of employees
l Keep good communication with all the leaders and staffs on regular basis.
l Make sure that company employees are following the company regulations
l Other HR and admin. related issues
