MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the quality initiatives in MTM Shanghai
• Define the appropriate and adequate procedures and measures of control for the process
• Manage the quality function and the employees
• Maintain and develop the Quality System and make appropriate reporting
• Cooperate with functional and operation area managers to develop schedules, plans and cost estimates for implementing new activities, procedures, or methods to improve the quality and performance of the company's products
• Work with the global quality function to ensure sharing of best practices and coordination of initiatives
• Energy and environmental reporting and improvements

QUALIFICATION

• B.Sc. or M.Sc Engineering
• Min 6 years professional experience
• Good English Skills(both orally and in writing)
• Experience from a quality function as supervisor or manager
• Experience from a mechanical, electrical or hydraulic manufacturing environment
• Experience with quality tools: 6 sigma, DMAIC etc
