Duty:
工作职责：
* Response for sales team on order handling, customer enquiry & production related matters
* 负责支持销售团队的订单处理，客户跟踪、服务以及生产相关的事宜
* Support related business key account maintenance
* 支援业务以及大客户关系维护
* Coordinate with other departments include finance, logistics, factory toward to sales issues
* 协调与其他部门的任务和沟通，如：与销售相关的财务，物流以及工厂生产等
* Execute team leader’s assigned tasks, include both inside & outside office works
* 执行领导安排的办公室内/外的相关任务
* Coordinate marketing events
* 协调部分市场相关的工作
* Update sales reports, figures analysis and statistics
* 跟踪销售状态，汇报、分析和统计销售数据
Requirement:
任职要求：
* 2-3 years working experience in a similar position or related, such as sales assistance/support, marketing, business/trading specialist, commercial executive.？
* 2-3年相关工作经验，如：销售助理，市场，商务/贸易专员等
* University or college graduate at least, discipline in business, marketing, international trading, finance or foreign language
* 至少大学专科或本科以上学历，商务，市场，国际贸易，财务或者外语专业
* Must be mature and independent, take responsibilities and team spirits
* 必须具备成熟和独立的性格，勇于承担责任并具备团队精神
* Open personal character, outward manner, good at communication with all kinds of people
* 开朗、外向，善于人际沟通
* Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
* 希望接受挑战，并能够承受工作压力
* Familiar with basic sales & marketing knowledge, order process, best familiar with ERP, SAP system and good at office software
* 熟悉基本的销售及市场知识，最好了解ERP、SAP系统，精通相关办公软件
* Good English skills on all aspects, mainly focusing on reading and writing
* 良好的英语能力，主要是读、写的能力
* Independent working capacity. Suitable for business travel
* 独立工作能力，能够适应出差
