Scope of work:

1) Assist in structuring and raising new funds, investor relationship management and all operational matters to ensure the successful set-up of the funds (RMB and off-shore funds)

2) Involve directly in investment evaluation and asset management of asset portfolios of the funds

3) Prepare fund reports and other fund-related documentation to investors on quarterly basis and as and when may be necessary

4) Assist in other ad hoc assignments including due diligence in relation to acquisition or divestments

Requirements:

1) Proficiency in Mandarin and English written and spoken

2) Experience dealing with Fund investment and investors, on-shore and off-shore

3) Have overseas working experience with a Fund

4) Senior Manager / AVP: At least 10 years of relevant working experience in real estate and with track record of managing a sizeable portfolio
