QC Manager in factory /Warehouse manager

Report to: Business Manager in Italy

QC primarily be responsible for the following:
1. Work closely with suppliers for production monitoring, quality control, packaging & punctual delivery.
2. Work closely with our purchasing teams for quality assurance and delivery monitoring.
3. Involve in new products development with development team in Italy.

Warehouse Management will be involved:

1. Defines roles and responsibilities for the functions in charge, organizes and builds up teams to perform all functions, trains and develops resources to fulfill all tasks to meet company and department business goal. Evaluates people’s performance and continually improve their capability.

2. Manages warehouse to have a good control system on goods, improves the goods receiving, stocking, releasing, and shipping processes, makes sure physical parts match with system record. Supports on inventory control, provides feedback to purchasing and planning according to goods moving status.

3. Coordinates with other departments to set up connections with each other, provides supports to others as business needed.

4. Keep all the activity in warehouse is legal and safe, not conflict with law and customs regulation.

5. People hiring when there is vacancy in warehouse team to keep the daily work goes smoothly.

6. Reasonable shift arrangement to guarantee the quality of job and improve the productivity in warehouse team, control the OT strictly to reduce the cost.

7. Draw, collect the data to analyze the warehouse capacity, productivity, and other implementation, define the action plan to do improvement.

8. Organize the physical inventory and cycle count periodically, improve the stock integrity and achieve the target.

9. Keep high OTD level to provide the high service level to the customers, communicate and cooperate well with related departments to improve the service.

10. Make continuous improvement in process management, warehouse environment, safety operation and in relationship among employees.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in alloy wheels, warehousing management or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
3. Knowledge of production technique, QC checks points, testing requirements for products and materials.
4. Good command of English, Mandarin and computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Able to work independently. Good timing and project management skills.
7. Good problem solving skills.

8. Understand goods flow, Import/Export processes, customs processes.

9. Ability to apply statistical analysis tools such as distribution charts, histograms, trending etc. on problem solving and reporting
