Job Description

1, Assist managers, sales and account manager as required by using background operation system to completelearning account management work

2,Provide customer support service to our client and students via phone and e-mail,generate periodic progress reports as client request and sent to related person.

3, Learn to use various internal operating systems within the company

4,Working both independently and at times closely with staff in London and Japan

5, Help the development department to do the online testing work for new productoccasionally

6, Can edit a variety of images, office documents, and PDF documents

7,Assist sales and account manager to translate some English documentsoccasionally



Job Qualifications



1, Fluency in English, colleague digreeCET6 or higher, with a certain ability for translation, English major is preferred

2,MS Office software (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT), editing various office and PDF documents.

3,With more than one year working experience or outstanding fresh graduates, relevant customer service experience related to training is preferred

4, Optimistic, cheerful, with affinity, good customer service awareness, ability to work independently, ability to analyze and solve various problems

5,Clear-eyed, quick-witted, good language, organizational skills, communication skills and interpersonal communication skills, team spirit



Salary and welfare

1. Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6 PM, double cease. Ten days annual leave with pay.
2. Provide the lunch and traffic subsidy

客服代表 职位描述

1. 协助销售部并按要求通过后台系统的操作完成课程帐号的管理工作

2. 通过电话和邮件两种形式完成客服工作,定期为企业客户制作和发送学习进展报告

3. 学习掌握使用公司内部各类操作系统

4. 较强的独立工作能力,需要同英国总部和日本分公司的同事密切配合

4. 不定期协助开发部完成新课程产品测试工作

5. 可以编辑各种图片、office文档、和pdf文档

6. 不定期协助完成部分翻译工作




任职要求

1. 英语流利,大学六级以上水平,具备一定的英汉互译能力,英语专业优先
2. 电脑使用熟练,精通 Office 软件 (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) 编辑各种办公文档
3. 具有一年以上工作经验或优秀应届毕业生,有相关客服工作经验优先
4. 性格乐观开朗,具有亲和力,有良好的客服意识、工作的独立处理能力、各种问题的分析解决能力
5. 头脑清晰,思维敏捷,有良好的语言组织能力、表达能力及人际关系的沟通协调能力,具备团队合作精神
