Duties & responsibilities

1. TS 16949 and ISO14001 system establishment, maintenance and training.

2. To coordinate the activities of the quality department and relevant department involved quality system.

3. In charge of third audit for TS16949 and ISO 14001;

4. In charge of customer audit;

5. In charge of Internal audit for TS 16949 and ISO 14001;

6. Prepare and arrange management review;

7. Through continual improvement in systems, sustained reductions of quality costs and to guarantee

customer satisfaction and company profitability.

8. To implement and ensure compliance with company policies in terms of quality.

9. Management supplier: review the new supplier, review annual supplier audit plan; push supplier quality

system improvement; approval component validation report; Approval trial production report; PPAP

signature;

10. Over review the quality control status, and trace the major quality issue.

11. Make the quality target and review with team number monthly.

12. To deal with the business related to customer with the General Manager leadership.

13. Disposal the customer complaint and deal with the customer audit and other quality issue involved with customer.

14. To approve the documents in department and for the quality system.

15. To manage quality department daily issue and report to operation manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. College’s degree within a technical field and five years experience in the Quality Management.

Preferably in automotive industry.

2. Familiar with QS9000, TS16949, VDA, ISO14001.

3. Excellent leadership and timely management skills.

4. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

5. Willing to work under pressure and highly committed to principle to get things done.
