• Manage customer demand since customer CO/Forecast receipt through delivery to customer.

• Load customer forecast/CO into QAD system in a regular basis and make necessary adjustment against material and capacity availability and other factors to maximize the delivery to customer and minimize the inventory.
• Review material shortages and capacity to plan production to meet customers' delivery requirement with inventory of finish goods and work in process well controlled.
• Set up planning parameters and create and maintain WO in the ERP system to reflect the actual demand and requirement.
• Review Operator headcount on a monthly basis with production dept. and HR dept. for the hiring plan.
• Make capacity mapping on a regular basis for management’s review.
• Communicate forecast/CO and commit delivery with both internal and external customers and work with related dept./persons aggressively to solve the issues impacting ERP system loading, production and delivery.
• Project monthly revenue on a regular basis and highlight any issue in meeting customers’ delivery and/or internal target.
• Analyze customer forecast accuracy and customer on time delivery and report to management.
• Communicate with sales on the selling prices to the end customers and work with Finance to set up the inter-company selling price into QAD system.
• Quote to local customers after the quotation is signed off internally.
• Manage customers’ RMA including RMA# generation, logistics arrangement and etc.
• Manage customers’ complaint on delivery related issues to bring our best to customers.
• Fulfill the job target and do continuous improvement on customer management and planning business to meet the dynamic market demands.
• Special projects assigned by management

• At least 2 years' experience in a mass manufacturing environment, Electronics& Assembly one is preferred
• Good knowledge in ERP system, QAD is preferred.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong capability in analyzing mass data using excel and be good at making presentation using PowerPoint.
• Good team player and problem analysis skills with high responsibility, good logic.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of TS16949 / ISO14001/OHSAS18001 procedures a plus
• Male is preferred
• BS or BA from accredited 4-year college.
• Major in International Trade, English or Engineering course is preferred
