职位概述

Frontdesk Patient Service；Work Location: No. 525, Hongfeng Road, Pudong, Shanghai

岗位职责

1. Make sure smooth daily Frontdesk operation including the functions of making appointment, registration, precertification, checkout and claim

2. Communicate with staffs in different working days/shifts to solve the outstanding issues

3. Follow financial screening cases

4. Serve as information resource for patients with inquiries

5. Complete daily revenue report

6. Communicate with TPP for any updated DB information and assure the implementation

7. Update training materials along with the expansion of operation

8. Assist supervisor and manager in system improvement

9. Fulfill other tasks that are allotted by the management

任职条件

1. Excellent customer service skill in interacting with patients

2. Professional manner and etiquette

3. Excellent language skills in Mandarin and English, oral and written

4. Good computer skills in Microsoft office

5. Problem solving skill in unexpected incidents
