Technical Components Purchase Engineer:
With the following responsibilities:

i) Liaison with manufacturing manager to establish technical and price requirements for outsourced components.
ii) Making contact with new and existing suppliers to obtain technical information and price requirements.
iii) Negotiation with suppliers to obtain best possible technical and price specifications.
iv) Placing of relevant purchase orders, including establishing firm contracts where required.
v) Expediting of purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
vi) Working with manufacturing manager to ensure received items are of acceptable quality.
vii) Liaison with purchase ledger department to ensure correct processing of invoices and any outstanding queries.

Qualification::

1. University Diploma on Mechanical & Electronic Engineering related major, familiar with technical drawings.
2. Capability on English reading and writing is required; English speaking is preferred.
3. Working Experience within a similar field would be beneficial but not essential.
4. Computer skills, such as Microsoft Windows XP, Word and Excel.
5. Good presentation and communication skills, have strong interest on learning new things and will to be a good team member.
