Sales Manager

- microlayer corrosion protection systems for different parts like screws, springs and clips, stamping parts

- used in various industries like automotive, wind, aerospace, construction, electronic and others

- worldwide approved, available and in use

D？rken MKS (Shanghai) offers for China: the supply of premium products and operates a large laboratory.
D？rken MKS (Shanghai) is a fast growing company. In a team of approximately 10 employees, we offer interesting challenges with appropriate payment. With a strong customer focus, we want to expand our excellent position.
You work closely with the General Manager and support primarily in selling our products. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

1. Activities

a. Promoting and representing the products of the Doerken MKS in China

b. Developing the business direct to the license holder, there clients and the OEM′s; penetrate the supply chain!

c. Technical support for the Doerken license holder and every tier in the supply chain

d. Auditing customers′ production lines

e. Monitoring the market and the competitors

f. Inform the company of the financial conditions of its customers

g. take immediate actions in the event of technical difficulties

h. Prepare customer visit reports and put all relevant dates into the CRM-system

2. Qualification

a. Major prefer MBAs, business administration or engineering with some knowledge of business administration

b. Chemical or industrial experience, preferential in the automotive sector

c. At least 3 years of sales experiences are necessary

d. Driver license

e. Some experience with German or international companies would be helpful

3. Soft skills

a. Willingness to travel in China or abroad

b. Hands on mentality

c. Diligent and inquisitive

d. Accustomed to work independently and under pressure

e. Accustomed to work quickly and structured

f. Teamwork skills

4. Additionally skills

a. Fluent in English (spoken and written)

b. Knowledge of modern office communication
