职位描述
1. POSITION SUMMARY
The Hardware Solution Specialist is a key contributor in promoting and implementing Lectra’s offer for our prospects and customers.
The Hardware Solution Specialist is supporting the sales teams in selling our solutions through his active contribution during the presales process, demonstrating the added value of our Solutions.
He (or she) will be also collaborating to the Consulting and Solution Implementation phases, including training and support activities.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Hardware Solution Specialist contributions will include:
? Pre-sales activities, i.e. presentations, demonstrations of the proposed solution, solution proposal for system configuration;
? Post sales trainings and consultation;
? Preparation of cutting solution reports customized to the customer’s specific situation and needs;
? Active participation in the implementation process to achieve customer goals;
? Reports preparation on Professional Service activities including objections and best practices on a weekly basis;
? Update of knowledge on Lectra products, especially on cutting application;
? Update of knowledge on our competitors’ offering and industry best practices in the manufacturing processes.
3. INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATION
? INTERNAL: Local PS team, Local Sales team, Corporate PS team
? EXTERNAL: Local clients
4. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
(Include educational requirements and experience preferred / required)
? Four-year bachelor degree, preferably in Manufacturing Process Engineering
? Minimum of 5 years of solid successful experience in manufacturing (management and manufacturing process analysis)
? Experience in consulting or presales will be a plus
5. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
? Proven expertise and practice of applications related to the manufacturing processes in at least one of the following industries: Apparel, Automotive, Furniture;
? High level of knowledge of manufacturing customer processes;
? Technical knowledge of the Lectra offer is a plus, especially the material cutting solutions and their practical application to the manufacturing process;
? Familiarity with electronics, electrical and mechanical engineering;
? Auto-control and CAD/ CAM knowledge;
? Ability to cope with constant pressure (without comprising standards) by being well organized and planning time well;
? High level of adaptability;
? Excellent communication and presentation skills written and oral,
? Language skills: fluent in Mandarin (read, written and spoken), fluent English (read, written and spoken)
