1. JOB SUMMARY 工作简介
Large desel engine exhaust aftertreatment mechtronic products development supervisor for marine, locomotive, genset and others industry which applied large diesel engines.
应用于轮船、机车、发电机等其他领域的大型柴油发动机之排气后处理机电产品开发主管。
In area of mechtronic products development including fulid delivery, mechanical and electronic systems
机电系列产品的开发。涉及到流体输送、机械结构及电控系统等领域。


2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Suppervisor the large engine products development team and managing the progress
负责管理产品开发团队（大型发动机）并管理产品开发进度
Assist product development manager to define the ananl products development exactue plan
协助产品开发经理制定年度开发计划
Responsible for the cordination of the interfacing amony differenct sub-system group
负责各自系统间的接口及配合协调
Responsible the BOM, Spec,DFMA and DVP&R of all the products
总体负责所有船机产品的BOM，技术指标，DFMA和试验验证计划
Reponsible the cordination between PD and application engineer team. And regular reports the development statues.
负责产品开发与应用团队间的协调。以及定期开发进展汇报


3. SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS 技能/知识要求

1. Work Experience 工作经验
At least 5 years work experience in mechatronic products development for marine or locomotive or automobile
在船用或火车或汽车行业从事机电产品开发至少5年以上
2 years management experience in management position
至少具体2年以上团队管理经验
2 years management experience in products development management
至少具体2年以上产品开管理经验

2. Education/Certification 教育背景/证书
Bachelor degree or above in electronic，control or mechanical-electronic related
发动机电控方向、机电、控制工程专业硕士以上学位
CET-6 or above with good oral English
英语6级以上且具备较好的口语

3. Specialised Skills/Knowledge 专业技能/知识
1. Familar with products development process, DFMA, DVP&R and etc,.
2. Able to work to tight deadlines
3. Leadership and management experience
4. Familar with diesel engine or diesel engine after treatment system work princinple (SCR,DPF...)
5. Familar with diesel engine
6. Cross-functional development team player with strong experence
7. Good enginlish skill
8. Self driven and willing to learning
9. Interest of working in an international environment
