The Position
This position will assist the Client Development Team in the development of proposals, tenders & quotations and will assist with the day to day running of the China Office.


The key responsibilities of this position include:

·Support Client Development Team in all aspects of sales and marketing

·Develop knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques

·Manage small client projects

·Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes

·Liaise closely with the Operations department to assist with the effective delivery of projects

·Ensure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-date

·Database management via the CRM system

·Provide assistance to SEA sales teams on an ad-hoc basis

·Provide assistance to the Country Manager, Finance Manager and Operations Team Leader when required

·Undertake administrative tasks as and when required

·Answer incoming calls to the office

·Sign and collect the bills for office building management and office electric

·Purchase office stationary, water, fruit, birthday cake and organize the birthday party

·Organize company social events (outing/ RNGB) if any

·Contact with China telecom for any issue of mobile phones

·Contact supplier for the quote of printer and contact supplier if there is something wrong with printer

·Prepare and send the Visa letters for visitors

·Arrange flight/hotel/accommodation/pick-up for staff and management

·Follow up the delivery of Dell’s computers/laptops /etc

·Complete admin task from AU Management Team

·Maintain and update office information to AU Management.

·Mail to AU office for public holiday and any leave for China staff


To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and attributes

·Bachelor degree

·At least 1 years’ experience in office administration and/or sales support

·Good spoken and written English

·Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·Strong organisational skills – with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet a range of deadlines

·Excellent attention to detail and presentation

·Good communication and interpersonal skills

·Proactive, motivated and flexible team player
