Headquartered in Germany, STEINBACH & PARTNER is an international executive consulting firm with over 30 offices worldwide and 29 years of success. Our main business scope is supporting the clients to find, place and develop leaders for their organisation.

For our Head Office for China in Shanghai (located in XinTianDi) – we are seeking further team member who would be responsible for our international clients and projects.

The Job - Responsibilities
- Project management and own execution of the assigned projects fully from research up to delivery
- Client communication in China and Europe
- Relationship management with clients, partners and candidates
- Market study and knowledge management for China operations
- Training and management of interns and researchers
- Marketing activities for the firm internationally
- Participating and organizing events

You - Who We're Looking For
You are an international individual who has experiences in living and working abroad, speak English fluently and further languages such as Chinese or German. You have working experiences with project work, market research, HR consulting or any other business consulting nature, where you need to plan, execute and connect all relevant topics and people. You enjoy building relationships to people on long term and can multitask very well. Managing yourself and your own workload and communication with clients and other relevant people will be your daily task.
