岗位职责

1、销售管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；

2、负责日常管理工作及下属员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

3、建立、优化公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度；

4、制订公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划并主导实施；

5、收集整理相关市场发展趋势、需求变化和客户反馈数据信息。



任职资格

1、大学本科及以上学历，国际贸易、外贸英语类相关专业；

2、3年以上相关领域管理工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑；

3、熟悉贸易工作的各项流程及相关法律法规，熟知贸易术语、物流、报关及税务知识；

4、具有较强的听、说、读、写能力，熟练操作电脑办公软件；

5、具有良好的管理、沟通、处理问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，责任心强，抗压性强。

Shanghai SUA trading corporation is an international well-known trading company, business including: equipment/goods/technology import and export, technology consulting, project contracting etc.. SUA is the exclusive represent agent in China for lots of equipment factories from Europe and America. Since 1980s, it has been lasted for more than 20 years. It has close relation and cooperation with lots of Auto factories and its suppliers, steel company, heavy machinery company, Ship factory, Petroleum/Chemical company and military factories in China.
SUA is the strategy cooperator for lots of factories in China to export their products abroad.
