MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Take leadership role in identifying opportunities for process improvement related to quality and

efficiency, supervise in LEAN activities and execution of these initiatives.

· Manage direct reports, mentoring, problem resolution, performance evaluation, recommendations for

personnel actions, and provide motivation

· Budget control for Operations and Logistics department

· Participate in establishing of productions goals and monitors the performance

· Implement operator training and equipment maintenance program

· Leads the facility wide 5S program, initiate and support LEAN activities

· Enforces safety rules and regulation

· Coordinate production transfer from other sites

· Participate in development of global supply chain

· Assures adherence to all quality systems

REQUIREMENTS

· Mechanical background with B.sc degree

· Minimum 3 to 5 years logistics and supply chain experience.

· 2 to 3 years direct management experience and proven history of leadership skills.

· Ability to learn new skills quickly and proven problem-solving ability.

· Detailed and structured oriented and strongly committed to timely execution of task.

· Must work well in team or as well as in individual environment.

· Self-motivated

· Strong co-operative skills, positive and service oriented attitude towards the daily working relationship

· Fluent in English and Chinese

· Written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

· Experience in machining

· Experience in LEAN or world class manufacturing
