职位描述
Responsibilities 岗位职责：
As contact window with the existing customers for general affairs, keep communicating with the customer and internal departments for orders fulfillment. Coordinate with cross departments in terms of customer concerns.
1. Collect orders and forecasts from customers and make confirmation to each customer of the order receipt.
收集和整理现有客户的销售订单和销售预测；并与每一位客户做订单接收的最终确定。
2. Make and Send contact review to all relevant depts and feedback the result to customers.
制作和发送合同评审给相关部门，并将评审的结果告知客户。
3. Input S.O into ERP system and update the ship date based on the results of contract review.
在ERP系统中输入销售订单,并根据合同评审的结果及时更新发货日期。
4. Generate monthly orders & forecasts for the following 3 months and keep it updated and released to all relevant depts on required basis.
生成月度订单统计和预计下3个月的销售预测，保持信息持续更新并及时通知相关部门。
5. work closely with planning team for the delivery plan and optimize the OTD.
与计划部门紧密沟通交付计划，优化OTD。
6. Complete tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级交代的其他工作。
Qualification 任职资格：
1. Bachelor's degree.
大专以上学历。
2. Above 2 years' working experience of customer service in manufacture plant, Automotive customer service experience is a plus.
两年以上工厂客服经历，汽车行业客服经历尤佳。
3. Customer oriented, combined with high self-consciousness working attitude and team-cooperation spirit.
以客户为导向，具有团队合作精神。
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
有效的口头和书面英语沟通技能。
