职位描述
Objective of job:
1.Facilitates and supports key processes and accountabilities within Human Resources, primarily in the area of Human Resources Expatriate Management.
2.Provide professional support to the expatriates across China.
3.Make sure that professional HR services are provided to expatriate management and customer excellences are achieved.
Task description:
1.To coordinate the delivery of the full spectrum of global assignment and Human Resources-related services to expatriates all over China.
2.Services include but may not be limited to policy counseling, policy orientation, assignment management, assignment cost/benefits verification, destination services, international relocation coordination, tenancy management, intercultural services, visa/immigration services, ongoing assignment support and repatriation support.
3.Supervise external vendors, review and initiate improvement of the processes, ensure the compliance with company and government policies.
4.Maintain expatriate data, files and face interface requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience and education
1.Bachelor degree with major in English, Administration, or Management, ect.
2.3 years or above work experience in Expatriate Management or related area in MNC.
Skills - General Skills
1.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2.Good analytical, logical and problem solving skills
Functionality Skills and Technical skills
Excellent English speaking and writing skills, CET-6 certification is a plus.
