职位描述
工作职责：
1. 负责淘宝店铺在淘宝站内的商品搜索优化及淘宝直通车推广优化和运作;
1. 负责淘宝店铺在淘宝站内的商品搜索优化及淘宝直通车推广优化和运作;
2、对淘宝网直通车、钻石展位及硬广、淘宝平台活动、淘宝客等营销方式熟悉,并有相关经验;
3、负责淘宝免费资源活动报名的执行和跟进,以及效果评估和改进;
4、熟悉互联网,了解网购用户行为习惯,熟悉淘宝网规则;并且快速找到潜在用户的推广途径
5 、熟悉淘宝的其他营销模式,了解淘宝社区及淘江湖。精通BBS、社区、blog、QQ群、微博、开心、人人、MSN、交友圈子等新兴网络功能；
6、熟悉站外微博，微信的品牌传播方法与途径，能够快速聚集人气，扩大品牌知名度，与店铺活动的快速传播。 7、负责品牌的宣传推广、店内促销的推广，及站外推广，讨论和实施；具备较强的组织执行策划能力；
8、有产品营销策划、推广、实施并全案跟进经验；有手表相关类目的推广经验优先录用
薪资待遇：
4000+（起步）+团队业绩奖金+每月奖惩 做五休二(试用期过后有业绩提成)
