Technical Specialist (m/f) 技术顾问
In this position you will be part of our Technical Team, which is responsible for the provision of support and services. The team manages all technical aspects of a great variety of state-of-the-art 3D visualization projects for our customers.

Job Responsibilities 工作职责
Implementation, configuration and maintenance of short- and long term 3D visualization solutions for project, IT and customer needs

? Collaborate with various business partners in order to identify, evaluate and translate business needs and processes into detailed requirement specifications
? Establish testing processes and ensuring the thoroughness and quality of systems
? Maintaining, testing and deploying new software releases and other technologies
? Troubleshooting, duplicating and resolving hardware and software issues within a lab environment
? Providing 2nd and 3rd level support onsite
? Evaluating and researching new hardware and software technologies

Experience and understanding of multiple aspects of IT infrastructure and virtualization technologies

? Degree in computer science or similar specialization
? Experience in technical service
? Good knowledge in scripting languages, e.g. AutoIt, Batch, PowerShell, Python
? Good understanding of IT infrastructure and network technologies (WAN/LAN/WLAN)
? Experience in Virtualization/CAD applications would be a plus
? Self-motivated, able to prioritize and work independently
? Flexible and problem-solving
? Willingness to travel up to 40% (shows, events and onsite at customer)
? Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
