Responsibilities:
Overall Function Requirement:
All administration work and sample management work in RFMD Shanghai Sales office, where has totally 14 employees, as well as hotel reservations and transportation arrangement for some visitors coming to Shanghai for business trip.

Job descriptions:
Administration work:
1.Attendance recording for 14 RFMD employees.
2.Collect lunch allowance from cashier and distribute to employees monthly.
3.Apply for office PR and input into SAP monthly.
4.Manage sample buffer: loading sample orders into SAP; receiving, keeping record and fetching samples when needed.
5.Assist with any possible group event & customer meeting holding in Shanghai.
6.Maintain office 5S.

Hotel reservations and transportation arrangement:
In majority situation, only taking care of reserving hotels in Shanghai for visitors, but sometimes booking hotels in other cities for visitors may also be needed.
Communicating with HR & Admin. Dept for car availability or contacting rental car driver for transportation service.

Requirements:
1.Efficient in English speaking and writting.
2.Able to use computer software well, such as Excel, Word.
3.Good at communications.
4.Responsible and careful working attitude.
5.A least 2-3 years working experiences is required.
