Responsibilities:
? Being the point of contact for Hologic molecular Diagnostic (MDx) business, he/she will manage MDx product portfolio in defined key accounts; be responsible for account business support, operation plan, and annual revenue target
? Responsible for all client communications as the key laison between key account and Hologic. Be in charge of coordinating account support; Ensures all issues are dealt with an efficient manner
? Responsible to develop and maintain collaborative relationship with KOLs and key stake holders within defined accounts
? Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
? Understand key account's short term needs as well as future vision, work closely with key stake holders to support their plan and expand Hologic business
? Provides regular two-way communication between key accounts and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of Key Account sales management experience
? Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
? Superb interpersonal and relationship-building skills; great at tacking complex challenges at key account
? Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
? High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
? Great written and oral communication skills
? Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
? BA/BS major in biotech/life science; advanced biotechnical degrees are highly desired
