岗位职责：
- 带领销售团队，开发公司海空运进出口业务。
- 与国外代理直接对应，协助客户解决在运输业务方面的各种问题。
- 开发公司海空运进出口各条航线新业务，提升公司业务收益。
- 维护公司现有客户关系。
- 监督销售团队中销售人员的工作情况。
- 制作销售计划，分析与统计销售数据。

任职资格：
- 大专以上学历。
- 较强货运背景知识，熟悉海空运进出口销售工作，有相关客户资源及销售渠道者优先考虑。
- 跨国货运公司4年以上相关业务经验，2年以上销售管理岗位工作经验。
- 英语CET6级以上或同等水平，读、说、写流利。
- 性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的电话沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力。
- 具备较好的领导能力，抗压能力强。
