Job function:Operation Manager运营经理

Job description:

Responsibility:

- Manage and lead the departments with all operations for

o Die casting

o Injection moulding

o Stamping

o Machining

- Formulate business strategy and fulfill business targets

- Take full charge of overall business management and decision-making

- Take charge of daily operation management of the factory

- Be responsible for company daily administration including making out and carrying out the management regulations, establishing company system, optimizing working process.

- Be responsible for people management and budget control.

Requirements:

Qualification Required:

- University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration

Experience expected:

- At least 5 years experience as Operation Manager in factory or significant combined management experience in various functional areas.(Preferred by foreign companies or joint ventures factories).

- Experience in die casting production / injection moulding production/ stamping / machining, quality and sales area

- Works exceedingly well under pressure, handling multiple time-sensitive projects, and negotiating effectively

- Experience in production and quality for export (Western Europe)

- A stable personal and home situation

- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Customer oriented and flexible

- Quality oriented

- Honest and responsible

任职要求:

任职条件:

- 大学学历,最好是机械或工商管理专业

工作经验:

- 至少5年以上工厂运营经理工作经验或综合不同行业的优秀管理经验(有外资或合资企业工作经验者优先).

- 具有压铸生产/注塑生产/冲压/机加/质量和销售方面的丰富经验.

- 在压力下可高效工作,能够处理多重紧要项目,并能进行有效协商.

- 具有出口产品(至西欧).生产和质量控制的经验.

- 具有稳定的个人和家庭环境.

- 具有优秀的交际技能和团队合作精神.

- 具有良好的英语(读和写)和计算机运用能力.

- 工作积极和良好的团队合作精神.

- 以客户为导向,灵活应对.

- 质量为本.

- 诚实和富有责任心.
