职务Job Title : 物流助理Direct Shipment Assistant
部门 Department: 采购部 Purchasing Dept.
直接上级Reporting Line: 物流主管 Direct Shipment Controller
间接上司 Matrix Manager: 采购经理 Purchasing Manager
工作地点Working Location : 上海，静安区， Shanghai，Jing’an District
一.主要工作职责Key Responsibilities
1.Coordinate the supplier to track sales order information collection and report协同供应商跟踪销售订单信息的收集及汇总
2.Input purchase order, update and maintain order system.订单系统的录入、更新及维护
3. Liaise with Suppliers, freight forwarders on all export related issues与供应商、货运代理对所有出口的相关事项保持联络
4.Check order status with suppliers, Ensure sales order delivery on time与供应商确认订单状态，确保销售订单准时交货
5.Assist shipping line and agent for Export operation协助航运公司和代理人处理相关出口事宜
6. Check the shipping documents and sent it to customers.检查货运单据并发送给客户
7. Assist direct manager to deal with other issues.协助直接上司处理其他相关事宜
二.任职要求 Major Requirements
1. 资质Qualifications
大专及以上学历,物流、国际贸易及相关专业，具有报关资格或相关物流证书者优先College degree or above, major in Logistic、Foreign trading or related, prefer Custom declaratory or logistic related certificate.
年龄35岁以下,至少1-2年相关工作经验，具有SAP或ERP经验，化工行业背景优先.Below age 35, at least 1-2 years’working experience related to this area, prefer in Chemistry background and SAP/ERP experience.
2. 技能 Skills
熟练操作计算机办公软件，尤其擅长Excel. Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc related software, preferable at Excel.
良好的英语听说及读写能力Good command of oral & written English.
3.个性品质 Personal Attributes
个性乐观、沉稳,有耐心，做事认真负责.Optimistic, steady personality with patience and conscientious in working and tasks assigned by manager.
工作积极主动,团队合作精神 Work active and good team worker spirit.
良好的学习意愿及能力Willingness to learn and good command of learning
