. 产品的售后技术服务与支持；

. 以积极, 专业的态度回复客户的咨询；

. 定期回访每个客户, 并就相关情况向公司提交书面报告；

. 处理上海销售中心的日常事务: 回复电话及邮件, 报价, 下单, 跟单等等；

. 隶属RONDOT集团亚太区销售中心, 并向其主管汇报工作；

. 安排上级主管的到访行程；

. 跟踪掌握客户使用的设备,机械及易耗零部件的最新资料；

. 熟悉产品的原理及性能, 必要时帮客户检测并维修.

· Growing the sales of the Groupe Rondot products to the Chinese glass container manufacturers.

· Technically supporting the machines and equipment sold in China.

· Respond to customer requests in a professional and effective manner following the Groupe Rondot policy.

· Bring assistance to potential principals

· Routine visit of each client on a regular basis. Prepare reports and other related documents in accordance with the company policy

· Handle the Sales Administration of Rondot Asia Pacific in Shanghai : reply mails and phone, handle enquiries, providing quotations, following orders, follow up contracts, …

· Report to the Managing Director of Rondot Asia Pacific who will be your direct hierarchy

· Planning visits and travel arrangements

· Maintaining an up-to-date data base of customer equipment, machine, spares set in Glass Container Plants in China

· Troubleshooting could be part of the job while visiting customers
