About Sycor

Sycor is a leading, medium-sized service provider with a global presence in Europe, Asia and Americas. Sycor China is the Shanghai-based operation of Sycor Group (WFOE), specializing in ERP implementation (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and IT consulting.

Position: Finance Supervisor

Report to: Managing Director

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities

? Manage routine accounting with A/R, A/P, GL and invoicing etc.

? Manage Tax reporting including Individual, VAT and Company profit

? Manage the annual audit, liaison with the auditing firm

? Input daily finance data into global SAP system

? Coordinate with Singapore and Germany for intercompany activities

? Provide monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting of results and cash-flow

? Assist General Manager for administration matters

? Follow-up expense, reimbursement and cost control

? Make yearly budget and monthly breakdown, and follow up variance with actual

? Ensure compliance to finance related government rules and regulations including tax and banking

Requirements

? University business accounting/ finance graduate

? Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting/ Finance

? Experience in managing financial planning, reporting and monthly close processes

? Experience from IT/service business is preferred

? Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks

? Strong IT application skills (MS Office)

? Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is a plus

? Experience from working in a foreign company environment

? Strong written and oral English communication skills.

? Excellent interpersonal/organization, communication and presentation skills; ability to interact at all levels across cultures.

? Chinese CPA
