Requirements :
Up to 30 year old
English writing and speaking. Level should be enough for reporting and participating in sales meetings.
1. Confident.
2. Good communicator.
3. Energetic
4. Interested in sales (want to achieve )
5. Ready to work according to rules and system.
6. Persistent.
7. Must have experience in selling water filter equipment.
Preferably have some experience in sales to dealers, gift companies or webshops.
4000 RMB plus commission from turnover.
Job description:
The main responsibility is achieving sales targets.
- finding new clients to establish cooperation;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and Email
- gathering market information
- making a data base of potential customers
- fulfilling plans and reports about working activity in time.
- gaining a clear understanding of customers’ requirements
- providing customers with quotations and commercial offers
- participation in promotion activity
- training of the customer employees

7. 必须有水处理设备销售经验
如有经销商销售渠道、礼品渠道或者电商渠道的销售经验，可以优先考虑。
工资基数为4000元人民币+销售提成

主要职责是通过努力达到或者超过预定的销售指标
- 拜访潜在客户，发展合作意向;
- 通过会议、电话和电子邮件等方式，维护发展新老客户的关系；
- 收集市场和潜在客户信息，归档整理数据表格
- 制定计划和工作报告，并及时反馈给经理；
- 定期回顾销售业绩，最好能达到或超出目标；
- 清楚了解客户的需求
- 为客户提供报价和商业信息
- 能参与促销活动；
- 客户员工的培训
