Position we are recruiting is Administraion assistant in China, she will be responsible for general office clerk work, but not limit to
- General administration and office organization, general Support to company activities
- Perform receptionist duties like handling incoming telephone calls, visitors, e-mail, courier, lunch ordering, etc
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements
- Petty cash payment for office daily supplies
- Printing of drawings
-Asisit following up of orders, documentation filing for projects
-Handling L/C& delivery
- Provide office support to sales and after sales service team.
- Other Administrative services required by General Manager
Needed Qualification:
- Female,above college degree
- At least One year working experience is preferred, or excellent graduate
- Good English skills in writing, reading, speaking
-Familiar with software: Microsoft,Word, Excel, Lotus note and Navision experience preferred.
- Hardworking, detailed-oriented, and good communication skill and personality
