职位描述：

1、可以独立完成会计凭证及报表的编制，抄税、网上报税。

2、应收应付帐的核对与催促，增值税发票的开具与认证。

3、开具外销发票，进行成本核算。

4、外汇的核销与退税的办理；

5、合同的归档与整理；

6、税务年检、工商年检等年检的办理；

7、办理现金支付及银行结算业务，清缴各种费用；

8、日常登记现金和银行帐目及支付报销单据；

9、办理与客户与供应商之间的收付结算工作；

10、有独立完成外贸公司的帐务处理2年以上工作经验，懂外贸会计法规与政策。

要求：

1、工作经验2年以上。

2、大专以上财务会计相关专业，有会计上岗证。初级以上会计从业资格, 持会计从业资格证，办税员证；

3、熟悉国家财、税法律政策，能够较好的与政府部门沟通；熟悉国家会计、税收等方面的法律法规；

4、熟练操作办公软件，Excel/Word/Power point；熟悉相关的财务专业软件；

5、诚实、有高度的责任心，工作积极主动；具有良好的组织协调能力

6、良好的英语读写能力。

Our development and regulatory personnel coordinate and manage product development and regulatory documentation projects to ensure FDA and other health authority approvals. Shanghai Office was established in 2004 and has been instrumental in serving the need of API manufacturers in China with GMP/Regulatory support and international marketing/sales. We are looking for highly motivated, intelligent, and honest individual to join our Shanghai team.
