资格要求：
1、在机械方面有过硬能力

有在机械系统，液压，电气系统和发动机故障排查和维修方面的知识和技能.
2、能安全使用手动和电动工具，设备和故障排查工具

3、能理解并填写与维修有关的文件和书面工作

4、能理解并管理维修工作内的费用
5、良好的口头表达能力
6、理解客户维修的价值

7、基本的库存管理能力

8、对事物良好的估计能力

9、能够安排符合实际的计划并用来有效的管理和安排所辖区域的维修工作POSITION COMPETENCIES

任职资格：
1、中技或同等能力 .
2、独立工作的能力.
3、在维修领域与客户直接接触的二年工作经验或者两年机械、电气和液压设备方面故障排查和维修的技校培训经验，并且具有两年的移动设备维修经验（叉车，小引擎设备维修，建筑设备或汽车等）).
或者2年的汽车设备维修经验。维修经验要求能够诊断并检测使用过的汽车设备故障，允许设备损耗因素存在。.
