Job Description:
1. Work effectively with managing director and provide general administrative support.
2. Assist the communication department in its daily functions.
3. Help to coordinate various events/projects for both internal and external audience.
4. Help to promote positive media/press coverage and maintain the corporate media clipping.
5. Provide support for overseeing all corporate-related materials to ensure is consistent with its branding guidelines.
6. Other assignments as required.

Requirements:
1. Fluent English & Shanghai Dialect.
2. Bachelor degree with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
3. Strong analytical, oral and written communication, problem solving and time management skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high level of attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
