Finance Manager

Key Accountabilities:

？ Analysis and report of financial data, including monthly results, forecasts, budgets, expense and capital expenditure.
？ Cooperate with bank, external auditor, financial institutions, industry and commerce, taxation and other functional activities.
？ Ensure all income tax returns and other regulatory returns are properly and promptly prepared and that the company’s income tax and other tax exposure are minimized to the extent legally possible.
？ Implement control procedures to ensure full compliance with local requirements and the company control standards. Overview preparation of statutory account and act as primary interface with external auditors on matters relating to the audit.
？ Efficiently manage working capital. Oversee revenue recognition, invoicing, receivables collection and doubtful debts..
？ Oversee treasury functions and controls, ensuring compliance with company policy and local FX regulations.


Requirements & Qualifications :

？ Holder of university degree in accounting or related discipline.
？ Possess professional accounting qualification
？ 2-3 years of well-rounded finance and accounting experience
？ Professional training and audit experience gained in international CPA firms is definitely a plus.
？ A solid understanding of PRC GAAP& IFRS is desirable.
？ Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
？ Proactive as well as a team-player.
