职位描述
1.liaise and coordinate shipment with warehouse and shipping.
2.Process orders from customers and complete the shipment deliver plan.
3.To perform all reports required by customer.
4.To provide good advice and service to customers to satisfied demands.
5.Decrease and handle with customer's complain;other duties may be assigned.
6.Inspection.
7.College graduation,prefer majored in logistics,or trading;2+ years working experience for logistics operation or customer service.
8.Strong sense of responsibility,willing to learn and work under pressure,good team player.
9.Good command of English in reading and writing.
10.Familiar with logistics management systems and skilled in MS office.
11.Good command of communication skills.
