Responsibilities:

· Manage and file all sourcing, procurement, NDA document, supplier contacts and purchasing contracts.

· Search and qualify new potential suppliers for replacing exiting suppliers or for new projects.

· Develop and manage RFQs to suppliers. Review and analyze quotations to determine the best bid. Present analysis and comparison results to management to finalize selection process.

· Help the Project managers develop procurement plans for his/her project. Select suppliers according to the supplier evaluation and selection process and negotiate agreements in close working with project managers

· Follow up with suppliers monitoring the performance on PO execution. Manage/resolve commercial issues (delivery and quality-caused) to ensure orders are delivered on time and to specifications. Communicate with suppliers on urgent request, special orders and disposition and replacement shipment. Report to managers and help them solving problems.

· Develop and maintain suppliers' performance evaluation on an on-going basis by scorecard. React to poor performance and follow up on improvement. Maintain a pool of qualified supplier.

· Manage the relationships with various types of suppliers. Ensure communication lines to be accurate and clear of misunderstanding.

· Collect and prepare the latest data on applicable labor cost, raw material cost, import/export taxes, and VAT rebate policies, and report to manager.

· Assist logistics by cooperating with logistics department in the US and freight forwarders.

· analyze China supply market structure and dynamics in general in order to help develop appropriate sourcing strategy for:
· Forging, castings,
· Hanger and other supporting components
· Pipes, tubes and other connections.

Qualifications
· Academic background: Engineering or supply chain management or international trade degree
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of related sourcing/procurement experience or related experience
· Experience in piping, plumbing and HVAC industries is perferred
· Good business sense and interpersonal skills
· Team worker

Multi-task capability in a cross-functional envrionment
· Willing to travel
· Ready to learn and willing to take more responsibilities
· International experience is a plus
· Language skills: Proficiency in Chinese and English essential.
· PC skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
