Position Description:
·Responsible for daily accounting routine jobs;
·Ensure monthly vouchers and financial statements compliant to local policies and company policies;
·E-banking access operations;
·Work closely with third party accounting firm;
·File and maintain proper documents.


Responsibilities:
· Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities,agencies and banks
· Monitor cash flow status, prepare cash forecast weekly report
· Verify and check payment request and supporting documents
· Schedule and process payments via E-banking on time
· Prepare monthly journal entries and enter into group system in time
· Oversee Chinese bookings and ensure integrity of accounting records
· Review and confirm domestic vouchers,financial statements and tax reports
· Process VAT invoicing monthly and prepare the summary accordingly
· Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager


Qualifications
· College/University degree,major in Accounting
· 3+ years working experience in Accounting
· Very good English capability in both verbal & written
· Accountable, honest, detail oriented and proactive
· Solid accounting knowledge, familiar with PRC GAAP
· Ability to work independently, self-motivated and team player
