QUALIFICATIONS

工作资格：

1.College or vocational school educational background. 中专或大专以上学历

2.At least 5 years moulding area work experiences 至少五年以上注塑行业工作经验

3.Be proficient with operation of molding injection machines, be familiar with the natures of engineering plastics 熟练操作注塑机，熟悉各种工程原料性能

4.Team worker ,Responsibility 积极向上，责任心强，具团队合作精神

RESPONSIBILITIES

工作 职 责：

1、Receiving material from warehouse material handler to ensure the material be in strict conformity

with that of in the Job Card. 负责从仓库中领料、备料确保工程原料与生产产品相一致

2、Loading or unloading the moulds into injection machine; warming-up machines; adjusting the

parameters to optimise process; grinding and managing the plastics rods in the process of the

production

负责上模、下模、机器预热，调试注塑机参数以及注塑生产中料杆的粉碎和管理

3、Proper recording of all correct quality parameter as called out in the controlled specification to avoid losses incurred in and inefficiency affecting the next operation ; making out daily production and other related forms as called out in documented procedures

负责记录各项参数指标及制作日产量报表，确保在交班过程中参数准确，填写相关的文件表格,以满足控制文件的要求

4、Managing the production of shift work force to meet production, delivery and Quality targets

负责管理轮班操作工生产，确保其操作方法准确，交货时包装、质量等符合客户要求

5、Cooperating with the communication between QA and other related departments; initiating corrective

actions to prevent nonconformity relating to product, process and quality system

负责在生产过程中与QA等相关部门的沟通以及采取相应的纠错措施以符合生产质量系统要求

6、Planing and proper and on time maintenance of production machinery

负责注塑机及其它生产设备的定期保养与清洁

7、Providing regular training to shift work force

负责定期培训操作工

8、Can be shift work

可以倒班工作
