Company Secretarial Associate (Beijing)

We are looking for talented and dedicated individuals for the following position in our Beijing Office.

Responsibilities:

To handle various corporate secretarial assignments including company setup, reporting for changes, bank account opening, work permit application, etc. for foreign investors.

Requirements:

- Degree holder,
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-minded,
- Determined to develop in company secretarial field,
- Good command of spoken and written English (Level 4 or above preferable),

- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skill,
- Willing to work under pressure, and
- Computer literate.
