POSITION SUMMARY:

Standardize I/E equipment management to ensure instrument and electrical system be in good condition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participate in I&E system debugging during the course of commissioning and checking and accepting of I&E equipments and update relative documents from construction firm.
2. Responsible for daily I&E related work including DCS system operation, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
3. Modify and edit relative instrument control program including DCS system based on production requirement.
4. Establish preventive maintenance plan and ensure the plan being completed in time. Update technical & operational documents including SOP.
5. Supervise and train I&E technician and monitor the safety, workload level and work quality of subcontractor.
6. Management spare parts and make sure the minimum quantity.
7. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


1. Bachelor degree specialized in control/automation engineering with some knowledge of electricity.
2. I&E Engineering or equal professional background, at least 5 years’ working experiences in chemical plant.
3. Having experience of DCS system maintenance including sequence configuration
4. Can read and write technical materials in English and can use MS-office software.
5. Having good communication skill and strong responsibilities.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of DeltaV DCS system is a preferred
