South Sales Manager-Guangzhou-Home based
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry . Now we are looking for a South Sales Manager for the medical device industry.
Key Responsible:
1. Work with distribution partners, build up close relationship with Key Opinion Leaders in health care field(especially dental care), implement sales plan to achieve sales target in territory
2. Establish and manage the distribution network in territory, provide enough selling skill training and product training to distributors’ team together with Marketing colleague
3. Distributor target setting and evaluation, motivation and incentive plan proposing based on performance record
4. Visiting end users to understand their needs, transfer the competitors’ information and related market information to company to produce appropriate sales/marketing plan in territory
5. Finish reports on time with good quality, work close with China team members to build up good reputation in field and shape image in territory
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in medicine/diagnostic/Microbiology or relevant
2. 5+ years experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record
3. Good communication skill ,High team spirit and good learning ability
4. Willing to travel frequently
5. Diligent, flexible, and willing to face challenge
