Process Quality Supervisor - HVAC products
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Process Quality Supervisor for HVAC Products in Shanghai. The role will directly report to the Quality Director and have a team to manage.

Key Requirements:
- Responsible for supervision of process and final quality control in HVAC product line;
- Arrange inspection force to support internal and customer FAI inspection;
- Arrange right inspection capacity for product lines in shop floors;
- Guiding and teaching of patrol and final inspectors quality inspectors;
- Control that HVAC process and final inspections are fully compliant with product quality requirements procedures;
- Use QRQC (quick response in quality control) method in case of non conformity’s.
- Organize a QRQC reporting process together with Production;
- Organize a check of implementation of corrective action in the products and provide evidence with inspectors for internal and external NCR;
- Organize 5S process in area you are your responsible for:
- Responsible for continuous improvement for process and outgoing quality controls;

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree majored in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;
- At least 8 years technical or supervision experience in the relevant field, working in refrigeration or air condition field is a plus;
- Familiar with Quality Management System such as ISO9001 and IRIS and quality tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), PFMEA ( Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) , Inspection and Control Plan, MSA (Measure of Sampling Adequacy);
- Good communication and reporting skill, strong management skills, can work under pressure;
- In minimum 2 special processes as: gluing, painting, riveting, brazing, welding, crimping, wiring..;
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Fluent English speaking and writing;
