Burmingansh is an Multinational company provide HR solution and exhibition service to client.We are looking for an manufacturing Engineer to join an leading brand medical device company. you will report to Engineering Manager:



Responsibilities
? Definition of overall manufacturing process flows, and development of appropriate documentation (BOM,SOP, routing, test and assembly procedures) and process support materials to sustain lean production.
? Development and implementation of calibration, alignment, and test methods and related tools and fixtures
? Providing ongoing engineering-level problem-solving and troubleshooting guidance support for production
? Perform root cause analysis and develop countermeasures on top product failures to drive reduction on OBQ and DPU.
? Timely communication or support on customer complaint, provide technical support for assigned products
? Providing technical support to suppliers for problem-solving Spec interpreting or training, leading the qualification of FA.
? Initiate Engineering change requests with solutions and follow up the changes to improve mechanical system, parts, drawing and process.
? Project leadership for new product introduction or continuous improvement
? Driving the initial pilot builds, and resolving technical issues as they arise
? Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:
? A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
? More than 5 years of experience, with at least some experience in a manufacturing environment
? Experience designing or supporting complex and highly technical products at the systems and component level
? Good written and verbal English communication skills
? Experience with complex opto-mechanical, or electro-mechanical systems is a plus
? Some experience with software, firmware or scripting is a plus
? Experience in the medical device or analytical instrumentation field is a plus
? Good team spirit and hardworking attitude
