Strategic Sourcing Manager -Industrial Automation Control
Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses in Shanghai. Now we are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager for a Leading European Industrical Automation Control Products in Shanghai.

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will directly report to the Sourcing Director of Asia and have a solid team to manage in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities
# Provide mentoring and development of direct/indirect reports in the department to build functional and leadership capabilities.
# Identify strategic sourcing best practices and drive these best practices into the company's strategic sourcing process.Develop and refine the sourcing strategy for assigned commodities.
# Coordinate with other functions, such as engineering, operations, marketing, and quality assurance to communicate, monitor and manage business unit compliance with the strategy.
# Lead and drive results of specifies sourcing strategies with the commodities.
# Monitor and evaluate supplier performance ( quality, delivery, lead time) of all suppliers.


Key Requirements
# EE, Electrical, Electronics or related background is preferred;
# Fluent in English, good command of Communcation Skills.
# At least 8 years of relevant work experience in strategic sourcing in a manufacturing environment.
