Leading U.S. higher education cloud service company is looking for English-speaking customer support personnel and technical writers at its Shanghai office to provide off-hours emergency support services to its U.S. customers
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer and return customers' phone inquires.
- Create support tickets to record and track customer issues
- Engage company's technical resources to facilitate investigations and resolutions of the reported issues.
- Provide documentation support to company's technical resources.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English reading, listening, speaking and writing skills.
- Positive, pleasant work attitude. Eager to engage and help.
- A fast learner. Able to pick up needed product knowledge quickly.
- Good organization skills and work discipline.
- Good English documentation skills
- A team player.
